02. Meetings
Please tell us the products you would like to produce and your requests. We will propose a plan based on your requests. At that time, we will also provide you with a rough estimate through the plan.

03. Sample creation
We will create a sample based on the specifications you have created. This will be done in the sample room at our partner factory.

04. Order
Once the sample is completed, please consider the design, delivery date, and quantity and decide on the order. Once the sample has been revised, we will confirm the price and proceed to production.

05. Production
The product will proceed to the production line under strict quality control.

06. Inspection
In addition to our own quality control, our factory also has staff with experience in apparel for Japan who carry out quality checks.
If you wish, we can invite your QC staff to the factory to carry out the inspection. If you would like an inspection company, we will send it to the specified location.

07. Delivery
Once the shipping sample has been confirmed, we will ship the product.

Patterns
Our partner factory has pattern makers with plenty of experience, so if you are concerned about patterns or grading, we can create them for you.

Secondary Processing
Our partner printing factory, embroidery factory, and dyeing factory that performs washing processing are located nearby. We also accept the production of tags, labels, and hang tags.

Minimum Lot
Please feel free to contact us about products that you have given up on producing in China due to issues regarding minimum fabric lots and minimum sewing lots. We will make suggestions as much as possible.

Delivery Time
We have secured a production line with short cycles, and we have a wealth of know-how regarding short-cycle manufacturing. Please feel free to contact us for any inquiries. In addition, our partner factories are equipped with a variety of sewing machines and skilled workers, allowing us to produce a wide range of apparel products.

Quality support
We produce our products based on our own quality control, quality standards, and sewing standards. We deliver high-quality products that can be used with confidence in the Japanese market, which is strict about quality.

Cost support
Production costs vary greatly depending on the cost of fabric, accessories, and processing fees. We will provide you with materials and propose specification changes to help you reduce costs.

Photo shooting support
In today's world, where online sales are the norm, product images are essential.
There are several photo studios near our local factories that offer cheap photo shoots. In addition, there are several model agencies in nearby Shenzhen and Guangzhou that have international models (white, black, Asian), adults, and children, so we recommend model shooting locally. The total price is about half the price of Japan.
Even if you do not go to the local market, factory staff can take product photos on your behalf.

H.I.T (Hayashi International Trading)
Opened in 1995 as a dress specialty store. The company expanded nationwide through mail order sales and was incorporated in 2000. It purchases and sells women's apparel from Thailand, the United States, China, Korea, Italy, Taiwan, and other countries. In 2007, it established its own sewing factory in Dongguan, China. In addition to manufacturing its own products, it also undertakes manufacturing on a contract basis for American fast fashion brand Forever 21. In 2010, it sold the factory to the factory manager. Production continued at the same factory thereafter. Total sales volume is approximately 1.3 million pieces. Total sales are approximately 2.6 billion yen. In 2022, the company temporarily closed due to the impact of COVID-19.
In 2024, it partnered with the factory to begin OEM and ODM production on a contract basis. It also began supporting overseas apparel purchasing and purchasing.
