About H.I.T

Support for OEM production at Chinese sewing factories and purchasing of overseas apparel

H.I.T has been manufacturing and selling its own apparel products for about 28 years,
and also has been consistently handling fabric selection, sample creation, design creation, mass production, quality checks,
transportation, customs clearance, model photography, catalog creation, and sales at its own factory in China.
By utilizing this know-how,
we can promptly respond to customer needs and provide good products at reasonable prices.
(Our own factory in China was sold to the then factory manager in 2012. Production has continued at this factory since then.)
Currently operating as an affiliated factory for apparel OEM and ODM production.

Mainly OEM and ODM production of clothing.

Small lots available. 20 pieces or more (depending on the design)

Samples can be made.
(10,000 yen is charged for making one type of sample. If you request mass production, the sample creation fee will be refunded.)
We will manufacture products that meet your needs at our affiliated factory.

As the factory is located in Dongguan, China, the store will be closed during the Chinese New Year (from around late January to mid-February).

H.I.T (Hayashi International Trading)

Opened in 1995 as a dress specialty store. Expanded nationwide through mail order sales and incorporated in 2000. Purchases and sells women's apparel from Thailand, the United States, China, Korea, Italy, Taiwan, etc. Established its own sewing factory in Dongguan, China in 2005. In addition to manufacturing its own products, it produces OEM and ODM products from the United States, Asia, Africa, Europe, and China. It also manufactures products for the American fast fashion brand, Forever 21. Sold the factory to the factory manager in 2012. It will continue to produce its own products at the same factory.

Cumulative sales of its own products: approximately 1.3 million units. Cumulative sales: approximately 2.6 billion yen.

In 2024, it will partner with the factory and begin OEM and ODM production contracts as its main business.
We will also begin providing support for purchasing apparel from overseas.

Because we are a small-scale company, we can respond quickly to customer needs.

We can handle both small and large lots.

Samples can be made in as little as one week.

(Samples are made in the sample room at our factory in China, so it takes about four days from completion to delivery.)

Terms and Conditions

First, we will listen to your requests in detail online etc.

Once the details have been decided, we will start making samples.

At that time, we will ask you to pay 10,000 yen per type as a sample creation fee.

Once the sample is complete and any revisions have been made, and the order quantity, amount and delivery date have been decided, we will start production.

At this time, we will ask you to pay 50% of the total amount.

Once production is complete, a quality check will be conducted and the product will be delivered.

At this time, we will ask you to pay the remaining balance.

Once we receive a production request, the sample fee will be refunded.
