Building on our expertise in shirt manufacturing, we have expanded our capabilities to include coordinated uniform sets for local businesses. We also operate an environmentally conscious clothing recycling and upcycling business. Our services include transforming sports team uniforms into cushions, bags, and other items, as well as repurposing clothing left by deceased loved ones into garments for stuffed animals.

Manufacturing Capabilities

At our own factories in Japan (Nagano, Kumamoto, and Fukushima), we manufacture custom-made shirts and provide comprehensive clothing repair and remake services.

Overseas, we produce ready-made garments for wholesale markets at our own factory in Myanmar and partner factories in Vietnam and Bangladesh. We specialize in high-quality products and are continually enhancing our ability to accommodate small-lot production to meet increasingly diverse customer needs.

Materials

We can work with almost all woven and knitted fabrics, except for extremely heavy materials.

Minimum Order Quantity

In Japan, we accept orders starting from just one piece. We accommodate custom orders, repairs, remakes, and mass production runs of several hundred pieces.

Minimum order quantities for overseas production are negotiable.

Business Terms

Our standard payment terms are month-end closing for shipments made during the month, with payment by bank transfer at the end of the following month.
