Nakano Apparel Co., Ltd. is an apparel manufacturing company with production facilities in Japan, China, and Vietnam, providing integrated support from product development and sampling through to garment manufacturing. With its own factories in Yamagata, Japan, Yixing, China, and Nghe An, Vietnam, the company manufactures more than one million garments annually and works with over 60 brands.

Japanese factory managers provide technical guidance to overseas factories, while Vietnamese staff receive technical training at the Yamagata factory. The company offers comprehensive technical capabilities covering fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, and finishing. Its accumulated know-how enables precise control of sewing conditions, material characteristics, and garment specifications, supporting both quality and consistency in mass production.

Nakano Apparel also places strong emphasis on product development and technical collaboration. Pattern makers are stationed at its Tokyo office, enabling close communication among clients, sales teams, pattern makers, and factory technicians. The company works closely with clients throughout sampling and production, while actively developing specialized sewing techniques and new manufacturing solutions. Its capabilities include proprietary 4mm Binding and Ball Chain Stitching techniques, as well as sewing technology developed in collaboration with YKK for the AiryString® fastening system.
