Kips Corporation is an apparel OEM company specializing in cut and sewn knit fabrics.
From basic to difficult materials, we cut, sew, finish, inspect, and ship at our own factory in Japan. We have an integrated production system. We use an automatic cutting machine (CAM) for cutting and are equipped with special sewing machines for sewing.
At our head office in Sumida-ku, Tokyo, we propose materials suited to each product, create patterns, grading, and marking data, and send the finished data to the factory via e-mail. The finished data is forwarded to the factory by e-mail.
We also offer quick turnaround for processed products such as printing and product dyeing at our partner factories in the vicinity.
Small lot production is also available upon request.
