Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

Payment Term: As a standard rule, terms are set to 20th monthly cutoff / payment due by the 20th of the following month.

Individual Negotiations: Adjustments to payment terms based on order volume or initial contract specifics are subject to mutual agreement upon consultation.

2. Design Data Requirements

Preferred Format: Design artwork and technical specs should, as a rule, be submitted in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format.

Requirements: All text fonts must be outlined, and all linked images must be verified and embedded properly prior to submission.

3. Size Specs & Pattern Services

Required Data: Along with design data, clients must provide a Detailed Size Specification Sheet (including key measurements and grading guidelines).

Pattern Making: If pattern data is not available, we can create patterns based on your design artwork, size spec sheets, or physical reference garments. Pattern creation fees and schedules will be determined upon mutual agreement.

4. Shipping, Customs & Tariff Terms

Standard Shipping (Small/Parcel Orders): Regular shipments are dispatched via international courier services such as DHL (standard weight limit: 20 kg per box).

Trade Terms (Incoterms): For bulk or mass-production orders, specific trade terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) will be applied based on individual quotations and sales agreements.

Certificate of Origin (JTEPA): Certificates of Origin under the Japan-Thailand Economic Partnership Agreement (JTEPA) are issued exclusively for bulk (mass-production) orders. Prior verification of eligibility and import customs clearance procedures in Japan are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. General Terms

Any matters not explicitly covered in these terms, or any ambiguities in interpretation, shall be resolved through good-faith discussion between both parties.
