Grid Co., Ltd. is an apparel OEM manufacturer based in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, Japan. Taking advantage of Kurashiki and Kojima's established denim manufacturing industry and regional production network, the company specializes in casualwear made in Japan. Since its establishment, Grid has focused particularly on OEM production for women's apparel, offering expertise in fabric selection, silhouettes, and garment finishing tailored to the needs of women's casualwear brands.

The company sources fabrics primarily from the Ibara area of Okayama Prefecture and the Fukuyama area of Hiroshima Prefecture, handling a wide range of materials, from shirting fabrics to heavyweight denim. Master patterns, grading, and sample sewing are managed in-house, enabling relatively quick sample development and consistent quality control. For bulk production, Grid works with approximately 10 partner factories in the Okayama and Hiroshima areas and can manufacture a wide range of woven apparel, including both bottoms and tops.

Grid also collaborates with approximately six partner facilities, primarily in Kojima, to provide denim finishing services such as garment dyeing and vintage or used-look treatments. Additional capabilities include printing, embroidery, and garment repair. By coordinating fabric sourcing, pattern making, sample development, sewing, processing, and finishing, Grid supports the production of high-quality Japanese-made casualwear tailored to each client's requirements.

Pattern making and sample sewing are handled in-house, enabling us to develop samples quickly and efficiently.

Secondary Processing and Finishing

We accommodate a wide range of finishing requirements, including garment dyeing and vintage or used-look treatments. We also offer additional services such as printing, embroidery, and garment repair.
