Small-Lot Apparel OEM for Streetwear Brands

MBTA Co., Ltd. provides sample development, small-lot production, and mass-production support for streetwear brands through partner factories in China and Korea.

We can produce heavyweight T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, denim, cargo pants, padded and down outerwear, bags, canvas sneakers, and other products.

We support special treatments and finishes such as washing, distressing, scratching, bleaching, spraying, and garment dyeing. We can also incorporate materials, processing methods, and details commonly used by streetwear brands, including original patterns, custom colors, metal trims, embroidery, printing, and patches.

For footwear, we use existing platform and volume soles owned by our partner factories and customize the upper design, materials, colors, shoelaces, eyelets, labels, and other components to your specifications.

The development of a completely new sole mold requires substantial tooling costs and higher minimum order quantities, so it is quoted separately.

We can also arrange the accessories and packaging required for brand production, including woven labels, side labels, size labels, care labels, hangtags, stickers, polybags, boxes, and original hangers.

Based on the designs, specification sheets, reference images, and reference products provided by the client, we handle fabric and trim sourcing, factory coordination, sample development, revision instructions, production management, and delivery to Japan.

We search for fabrics that match the desired hand feel, weight, color, and texture by referring to the client’s images or physical samples.

For materials that are difficult to evaluate from photos or specification sheets alone, we may also search for suitable options directly at local fabric markets and suppliers during our regular business trips to Guangzhou, China.

Because this service is coordinated with our travel schedule, additional time may be required. We can arrange and ship photos and videos of candidate fabrics and trims, fabric swatches, processing samples, and physical samples.

We regularly visit our partner factories in Guangzhou, China, to coordinate directly with the factories, inspect materials, trims, samples, and processing conditions in person, issue revision instructions, and manage production progress.

Depending on the project and the timing of our visits, on-site inspection before mass production may also be available upon consultation.

Samples are available from one style.

Footwear orders can be discussed from approximately 30 pairs, and bag orders from approximately 30 pieces.

Other products are quoted according to the specifications and quantity.

We do not provide design services, logo design, or the design of brand labels and tags.

Clients are required to provide the design data, specifications, measurements, and reference materials necessary for production.
