Tsujimoto Shokai Co., Ltd. is a sewing manufacturer with its own factory in Noshiro, Akita, Japan. Drawing on approximately 50 years of experience, we produce jeans, denim products, pants, workwear, and items incorporating leather materials.

We provide OEM manufacturing services for jeans, denim pants, workwear, and products incorporating leather materials.

We can also discuss the production of selvedge denim jeans and products featuring customized components such as buttons, rivets, labels, and patches.

Based on your specification sheet, reference images, or product concept, we review the requirements and support the process from sample development through full production.

Sample Development and Small-Lot Production

We accept inquiries for sample development required for new brand launches and product development.

Rather than proceeding directly to large-scale production, clients can first create a sample to confirm the silhouette, sizing, sewing specifications, trims, and other details before moving into full production.

Small-lot production may also be available depending on the product specifications, materials, trims, quantity, and desired delivery schedule. We work with corporations, sole proprietors, independent designers, and small apparel brands.

Careful Support from Specification Review to Production

We review specification sheets and reference images and provide guidance on feasible sewing methods and production conditions.

Sample costs, sample lead times, minimum production quantities, and full-production schedules vary depending on the product specifications. For this reason, we prepare individual quotations based on the details of each project rather than offering a standardized production plan.

Minimum Order Quantity and Production Volume

Minimum order quantities are determined based on the product type, specifications, fabrics, trims, and required finishing processes.

Small-lot production may be available. However, production conditions and unit prices may vary depending on the quantity and product specifications.

Fabrics and Trims

Fabrics and trims may include denim, buttons, rivets, zippers, patches, labels, and other components required for production.

Whether materials are supplied by the client or arranged by us will be discussed individually based on the product specifications and quantity.

Lead Times

Sample and production lead times vary depending on the product specifications, quantity, material availability, and current factory production schedule.

Payment Terms

Payment methods, payment schedules, and advance payment requirements are determined individually based on the project and transaction conditions.

For first-time transactions, we may require full or partial payment in advance before production begins. The required amount and payment deadline will be stated in the quotation or communicated before the transaction is confirmed.

Production will begin after the quotation, specifications, quantity, delivery schedule, and payment terms have been agreed upon by both parties and any required advance payment has been received.

Specification Changes and Cancellations

Changes requested after quotation approval or after production has started may result in additional costs or changes to the delivery schedule.

As products are manufactured to order, cancellations after materials have been arranged or production has started may incur charges based on the progress of the project.

Delivery and Shipping

Completed products will be inspected and shipped to the designated delivery address.

Shipping costs, delivery methods, and packaging conditions will be advised based on the quantity and destination.
