Manufacturing and Quality Control at Our Own Factory in China

KAYA operates its own manufacturing facility in China, with the Japanese team and local factory staff working closely together to manage production and quality control.

Each stage of manufacturing is carefully managed, from incoming material inspections, cutting, and sewing to needle detection, final inspection, packing, and shipment. Depending on the product, inspection methods include conveyor-based needle detection and AI-equipped X-ray inspection systems to help maintain consistent product quality.

Our factory in Shaoguan, China, has a monthly production capacity of approximately 300,000–400,000 pieces. Production schedules and order quantities can be discussed according to project requirements.
