FMF Fashion Uniform is a uniform brand and garment manufacturing operation of Sao Mai Trading Company Limited, based in Hai Phong, northern Vietnam. The company manufactures a broad selection of uniforms and apparel, including medical scrubs and healthcare uniforms, nursing and caregiving uniforms, workwear, security uniforms, protective clothing, sportswear, casualwear, and school uniforms. It offers OEM manufacturing based on customer specifications, as well as ODM services covering product planning and manufacturing.

Large-Scale Manufacturing Network in Northern Vietnam

Sao Mai operates a manufacturing network across several northern Vietnamese provinces. According to the company, its operations include six affiliated companies, approximately 5,000 employees, and 13 garment factories. With more than 40 production lines and modern equipment, the company reports a maximum production capacity of over 10,000 pieces per day. It also maintains fabric inventories exceeding 50 tons and accommodates both small and large production orders.

Printing, Embroidery and Quality Control

Available customization techniques include screen printing, heat-transfer printing, decal printing, and digital printing. The company also provides logo embroidery for corporate uniforms and branded apparel. Its quality control process includes three inspection stages before packaging. By incorporating 5S principles and emphasizing quality standards for the Japanese market, Sao Mai aims to maintain consistent product quality.

FMF offers free consultation and uniform design proposals, along with a six-month product warranty from the date of receipt.
