Stable Production System Through Our Own Factory in Vietnam

By producing at our own factory in Vietnam, we are able to proceed with OEM production while balancing quality, delivery time, and cost.

Because production is managed at our own factory, it is easier to check specifications and make adjustments during mass production. We are also able to support companies considering ongoing production.

On-Site Production Management by Japanese Staff

Japanese staff are stationed at our local factory and manage specification checks, production progress, and quality inspections on-site.

Overseas production can raise concerns about communicating specifications, quality control, and delivery management. Our system allows us to confirm requests from Japan directly on-site and proceed with production accordingly.

Support for Existing Products and Production Transfer from China

We also support companies that are reviewing their existing production base or considering switching from production in China to production in Vietnam.

For standard items such as T-shirts, long-sleeve T-shirts, sweatshirts, and sportswear, we can discuss transferring production based on existing samples and specifications. By utilizing our own factory and on-site management by Japanese staff, we support product manufacturing with ongoing production in mind.

Supported Items

We mainly handle OEM production of cut-and-sew items, including sportswear, casual wear, and outdoor wear.

In addition to T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and training wear, we can also discuss stretch items using polyurethane, such as swimwear and undershirts.

Flatseamer sewing is also available. It is suitable for sportswear, innerwear, underwear, and fitted items where comfort against the skin and wearability are important.

Minimum Lot

As a general rule, we accept orders from 500 pieces per style.

We are especially suited for ongoing production of around 500 to 2,000 pieces, making us a good fit for corporate clients looking to stably produce standard items such as T-shirts, cut-and-sew items, and sportswear.
