J-WAVE, Inc. is a full-service apparel OEM company headquartered in Abeno-ku, Osaka City, Japan.

Leveraging our own factory in China and a network of partner factories in Japan, we support apparel planning and manufacturing with an emphasis on speed and cost efficiency. We work with established apparel companies as well as businesses entering the apparel industry from other sectors, individuals, and influencers such as YouTubers and Instagrammers.

Our team has extensive apparel manufacturing experience, including work on products for well-known brands, and provides attentive support throughout the product development process. Terms and Conditions

Available Products and Materials

We handle a wide range of apparel, from lightweight and midweight garments to heavier outerwear. Products include woven garments, cut-and-sew garments, knitwear, blouses, dresses, pants, skirts, coats, down jackets, and more.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The standard minimum total order quantity is 50 pieces.

- For a single SKU: minimum 50 pieces.
- For two or more SKUs: orders can be discussed from a minimum of 25 pieces per SKU.

Business Terms and Production Process

We work with both companies and sole proprietors.

After reviewing your project concept, reference samples, desired products, order quantities, and target delivery date, we proceed with fabric and specification selection, sample development, and bulk production.

As a general guideline:
- **Sample development:** approximately 10–40 days
- **Bulk production:** approximately 30–50 days

Lead times may vary depending on project requirements and the availability of fabrics and accessories. If you have a specific delivery deadline, we recommend contacting us as early as possible.
