Flexible Production in Korea and China

Rather than limiting production to either Korea or China from the beginning, we review each project based on product specifications, materials, order quantity, lead time, and cost, and recommend the most suitable production option.

We utilize the strengths of both countries, including Korea's speed and flexibility and China's extensive production capabilities and specialized facilities.

On-Site Production Management from Sampling to Bulk Production

Even when a sample is well made, variations in sewing quality or specifications can occur during bulk production.

At grain works, we do more than simply place orders with factories. We work closely with our production partners throughout the process, from production checks and necessary corrections to final inspection. If any issues arise, we follow up directly with the factory and manage the situation through resolution.

Based on our experience working with Japanese apparel brands, we manage production with a clear understanding of their requirements for specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

We provide comprehensive support from sample development and bulk production to inspection and delivery to Japan. We also follow up on any issues that may arise after delivery.
