NG Apparels is an apparel and fabric manufacturer and exporter based in Ludhiana, India.

We provide comprehensive support covering pattern making, fabric development, sample production, sewing, printing, embroidery, dyeing and finishing, mass production, quality control, and international shipping. We also have production facilities for knitted fabrics using natural and synthetic fibers, enabling original product development starting from the material stage.

We manufacture a wide range of products, including T-shirts, shirts, outerwear, sportswear, uniforms, swimwear, and scarves, and have production experience with apparel brands around the world. We provide custom manufacturing tailored to each brand’s concepts and specifications.

Integrated production system from fabric to finished products

We handle a wide range of production processes, from pattern making and fabric production to sewing, printing, embroidery, various finishing processes, and final finishing.

Our production capacity is approximately 3 tons of knitted fabric and approximately 3,000 garments per day, allowing us to handle the entire process from sample development to mass production. Once production is complete, we can also arrange international delivery by air or sea.

Wide range of apparel products and custom specifications

We manufacture a wide range of products, including T-shirts, shirts, pants, jackets, sportswear, yoga wear, swimwear, uniforms, medical wear, outdoor wear, and scarves.

In addition to having more than 3,000 existing patterns, we also provide original pattern development and grading. Fabrics, colors, designs, sizes, trims, and other details can be customized according to each brand’s specifications.

Comprehensive support from fabric development to functional finishes and printing

We handle various types of knitted fabrics using natural and synthetic fibers, including single jersey, double knit, interlock, terry, and velour.

We can also provide a wide range of functional finishes, including water-repellent, UV-protective, stain-resistant, antimicrobial, flame-retardant, and anti-pilling finishes, as well as stone washing, acid washing, peaching, and mercerization. More than 15 printing techniques and various embroidery options are also available.

We can manufacture original products for both men and women according to each brand’s designs and specifications.

Available materials and processing

We work with cotton and other natural fibers, synthetic fibers, and blended materials. For knitted fabrics, we have our own production facilities and can provide consultation starting from yarn and fabric specifications.

We also offer printing, embroidery, dyeing, washing, and functional finishes such as water repellency, UV protection, stain resistance, antimicrobial treatment, and flame retardancy.
