【Spread Simulator: Proprietary Garment Production Management Software】
Atelier Asuka has developed its own garment production management software, "Spread Simulator." The software estimates the number of pieces that can be cut from fabric before cutting begins, helping improve cutting efficiency, prevent quantity shortages caused by insufficient patterns, and reduce fabric waste. It is available from a single license and supports more efficient, resource-conscious apparel manufacturing.
