The company offers integrated domestic production services, covering pattern management using CAD, fabric cutting using CAM systems, sewing, decorative processing such as printing and embroidery, finishing, quality inspection, and warehouse storage. With eight flatseam sewing machines, Nishinihon Textile is equipped to manufacture garments using stretch fabrics and specialized functional materials. Its sublimation printing equipment also enables integrated production from fabric printing through sewing and finishing.

The company serves trading companies, apparel manufacturers, and medical device manufacturers, emphasizing carefully selected materials, reliable quality control, and domestic manufacturing. Our Strength: Flatseam Sewing

We specialize in flatseam sewing and operate eight flatseam sewing machines at our domestic manufacturing facility in Japan. Our main products include sports underwear, outdoor wear, and fitness wear.

Flatseam sewing uses four sewing needles and two decorative threads, for a total of six threads, to join two pieces of fabric so that they lie almost flat against each other. This minimizes raised seams and reduces friction against the skin, providing a smooth, comfortable fit.

By selecting the appropriate threads, we can work with a wide range of materials, from stretch fabrics to cotton. Flatseam sewing is used in a variety of applications, including women's foundation garments, sports underwear, and swimwear.
