STAR CO., LTD. is based in Chuo-ku, Osaka, and provides apparel OEM and ODM services, wholesale and sales, and sewing services.

Working in cooperation with group companies with more than 70 years of experience, we provide comprehensive support from planning, design, fabric and accessory proposals, specification development, pattern making, and sample production through mass production, inspection, and delivery. We handle a wide range of products, from light to heavy garments, including woven, cut-and-sewn, and knit products.

Utilizing our own sewing factory in Omuta, Fukuoka Prefecture, together with partner factories in Japan and overseas, we accommodate both small-lot and mass production. Samples are available from one style, while mass production is available from one fabric roll per style. We support our customers in bringing their ideas to life, from brand launches to new product development.

Comprehensive Support from Planning to Production and Delivery

We provide a wide range of services, including fabric, accessory, design, and sewing specification proposals; preparation of specifications, care labels, and brand labels; pattern making; sampling; cutting; sewing; finishing; inspection; needle detection; and delivery. We flexibly accommodate requests ranging from complete planning and production support to sewing-only projects.

Our Own Sewing Factory in Fukuoka and Partner Factories in Japan and Overseas

We operate our own sewing factory in Omuta, Fukuoka Prefecture, with particular expertise in jackets, blouses, dresses, and other garments. With more than 50 years of history, the factory is staffed by experienced professionals and equipped with a wide range of sewing machinery. We also work with partner factories in Japan and overseas according to the product and production volume.

Full Range of Woven, Cut-and-Sewn, and Knit Products

We handle a wide range of products, from light to heavy garments, including T-shirts, polo shirts, shirts, blouses, pants, skirts, denim, dresses, jackets, down jackets, and coats. In addition to men’s and women’s apparel, we also welcome inquiries for fashion accessories such as umbrellas, gloves, and socks.

We handle a wide range of apparel products, including T-shirts, polo shirts, shirts, blouses, pants, skirts, denim, dresses, jackets, down jackets, and coats.

We work with woven, cut-and-sewn, and knit products, and can also accommodate leather and fur products. In addition to apparel, we handle fashion accessories such as umbrellas, gloves, and socks.

Minimum Order Quantity

Samples are available from one style, while mass production is available from one fabric roll per style.

Depending on the item and fabric, some products can be manufactured from approximately 30 to 50 pieces. Please contact us for specific minimum order quantities based on the item, material, and specifications.

Production System

Our own sewing factory in Omuta, Fukuoka Prefecture, serves as a key production base, while we also work with partner factories in Japan and overseas according to the item and order quantity.

Our factory handles cutting, sewing, and finishing and is equipped with a wide range of machinery, including lockstitch machines, overlock machines, double-stitch machines, sleeve-setting machines, gathering machines, two-needle overlock machines, eyelet machines, and bartacking machines.
