Weavintima is a professional lingerie and underwear manufacturer based in Shantou, Guangdong, China. Founded in 2008, we have 18 years of experience in lingerie manufacturing and provide OEM and private label production services for international brands, wholesalers, and buyers.

Our manufacturing facilities cover approximately 35,000 square meters and include two factories with around 400 workers and more than 300 production machines. Our production capabilities cover bras, panties, seamless underwear, wireless bras, sports bras, maternity and nursing bras, knitted underwear, jelly and glue bras, and homewear.

We operate dedicated facilities for knitting, pattern making, molded cup production, automatic fabric cutting, sewing, inspection, and quality control. Our equipment includes France Lectra automatic cutting systems and Japanese sewing and garment production equipment. Our production capacity can reach approximately 1,000,000 pieces of bras and panties per month.

For OEM and private label projects, Weavintima supports product development from pattern making and sampling to bulk production and final inspection. Our quality management process includes IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC, with full inspection before shipment.

Weavintima holds ISO 9001 and BSCI certifications, while selected materials and fabrics can meet GRS and OEKO-TEX requirements. We work with buyers looking for reliable lingerie manufacturing, custom bra production, and private label underwear manufacturing.
