At Asahihara Trading, clients can consult with us from the early planning stage of apparel and footwear OEM/ODM production, even when the product concept is not yet fully defined. Based on reference images, ideas, or initial requirements, we help organize materials, specifications, production methods, order quantity, cost, and delivery schedule, then guide the project into a practical sample development process.

For materials, we can check and arrange suitable options according to each project. For apparel, this may include woven fabrics, cut-and-sew fabrics, sweatshirt fabrics, and various trims. For footwear, this may include genuine leather, synthetic leather, canvas, outsoles, linings, insoles, and other components.

Even if the project concept is not yet fully defined, we can support the process based on reference images or initial ideas. We help organize materials, specifications, order quantity, and cost, then guide the project from sample development to mass production with confidence.

Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity depends on the item and specifications.

As a general guideline, apparel projects usually start from around 50–100 pieces per style, while footwear projects usually start from around 100–300 pairs per style.

Small-lot production can also be discussed. However, costs and lead times tend to be higher for smaller quantities, so we will review the specifications, quantity, and budget first, then propose a realistic and manageable production plan.
