Weihai Dongchen Textile & Garment Co.,Ltd. is an apparel manufacturer established in 2012 in Shandong Province, China. We operate our own three-story factory covering approximately 6,000 square meters and provide integrated production from cutting and sewing to embroidery, printing, finishing, and export.

We handle a wide range of cut-and-sewn and woven products, with particular expertise in uniform production. Our team includes a pattern maker with 30 years of experience, and our in-house sample room enables us to produce samples before mass production. We provide comprehensive support from fabric and accessory sourcing through mass production.

With experience in OEM production for Japanese companies, we provide prompt and responsive service and manufacture products according to each customer’s specifications and order quantities.

Integrated In-House Production from Cutting to Export

At our approximately 6,000-square-meter, three-story factory, we handle cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection, and export in-house. We can also source fabrics and accessories, providing integrated support from production through export to Japan.

In-House Embroidery and Printing

Our factory has an embroidery facility on the first floor and a printing facility on the third floor, allowing us to handle both embroidery and printing in-house. Our integrated sewing and processing capabilities support a wide range of products, including original apparel and uniforms.

From Samples to Large-Volume Production

We have an in-house sample room and can produce samples before mass production. For standard specifications, sample production takes approximately 10–15 days. As a general guideline, mass production takes approximately two months for 1,000 pieces and three months for 10,000 pieces.

OEM Production Experience for Japanese Companies

We have experience in OEM production for Japanese companies, including uniforms and other apparel products. Our production record includes uniforms for BIGBORN Co., Ltd. and USJ-related products for TAMURAKOMA & Co., Ltd.

Available Items and Materials

We handle a wide range of cut-and-sewn and woven products, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, shirts, pants, dresses, jackets, uniforms, and hats.

We can source fabrics and accessories and have particular expertise in non-see-through 100% polyester woven fabrics. Production using fabrics and accessories supplied from Japan is also available upon consultation.

Minimum Order Quantity

Our standard minimum order quantity for both woven and cut-and-sewn products is 500 pieces per color.

For projects where fabrics and accessories are supplied from Japan, quantities below 500 pieces may also be considered upon consultation.

Business Terms

We accept orders from corporations, sole proprietors, and individual customers. A 30% advance payment is required when placing an order.

Meetings and specification confirmation can also be conducted in Japanese.
