Rion Sports was founded in 2012 in Quanzhou, a city known for its well-established supply chain for sportswear. With registered capital of 20 million RMB and a 15,000 m2 workshop, the company is rapidly expanding. Our annual turnover reached 30-35 million USD. After 10 years of development, Rion Sports wholly owns one import and export company, Relyon, and two branch factories, Rinin Sports and Rade Sports.

Rion Sports aims to be the leading manufacturer of professional sportswear in the field, specializing in Yoga & Fitness wear, Training & Running wear, Cycling wear, Sports underwear and Teamwear. Here are some images of our core products，which are made of specific functional and sustainable fabrics tailored to the unique requirements of each sport. Our excellent innovative workmanship ensures utmost comfort and support for any workout. The company's focus on these areas has made us more and more professional in the industry, attracted more and more customers. Rion Sports has collaborated with numbers of renowned sports brands and retailers, including Reebok, Le Coq Sportif, Fila, 2XU, Gymshark, Umbro, Zara, Intersport, Stadium, and more. Our reliable, high-quality products have been exported worldwide, with 40% to Europe, 30% to the North America, 10% to Australia, 10% to Japan, and the remaining 10% to other markets.
 
The company employs 630 people, including 405 skillful sewers, 70 QC, 23 sample makers, 60 management personnel, and 72 other staff members. With 26 production lines equipped with intellectualized hanging system & advanced automatic machines, Rion Sports can carry out a monthly output of 500K pcs. In addition, we have internal digital print, laser cutting, and seamless bonding workshops to improve the productive capacity.
 
The factories have passed BSCI and GRS certification, as well as the audits conducted by third-party agencies nominated by customers. Meanwhile, Rion Sports also sets own sustainability goals and works with customers to run GHG emission programs to reduce carbon footprint.
 
Rion Sports understands the sports industry is constantly evolving and believes that innovation is essential to customers' success. Our company attends annual exhibitions such as ISPO, MAGIC, and OUTDOOR to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies. Our design team then incorporates these insights into our new designs using 3D software. This enables us to create digital proto samples for our customers to review and shorten development time greatly.
 
Rion Sports adheres to high quality and on-time delivery, as we believe they are the foundations of win-win cooperation. To ensure that all products delivered to customers are in good condition, the company has implemented a stringent QC system including internal testing and control. Our laboratory is equipped to conduct physical tests on all fabrics and finished clothing, and our QC procedure comprises ten steps, from incoming fabrics and trims checking, cutting panels and print panels checking, PPS analysis, pre-production meetings, in-line guidance, TOP approval, in-line inspection, initial inspection, final inspection to AQL 2.5. Rion Sports is committed to on-time delivery, which is achieved through its organized workflow, standardized operation process, production management system, and daily checking regulation.
