Seam-taped waterproof garments from 200 pieces

Seam-taped (seam-sealed) waterproof garments are typically produced from around 1,000 pieces in this industry. By adjusting line configuration with our partner factories, Styleworks produces them from 200 pieces per style. T-shirts and cut-and-sewn items start from around 100 pieces. Actual minimums vary with fabric and sub-material lead times.

Synthetic fabrics combined with performance finishes

We combine polyester and nylon fabrics with water-repellent, waterproof, stretch, quick-dry and UV-cut finishes, designed around intended use and target price. We propose not only the material but also the factory and processing method that can actually handle it.

Direct production management in China and Vietnam

We work with partner factories in China and Vietnam and communicate with them directly in the local language, covering spec sheets, sampling, bulk production and inspection.

Minimum order quantity

There is no fixed company-wide MOQ. We size each lot project by project. Reference points:
