We are a Japan-based apparel brand specializing in high-quality anime/game-inspired T-shirts for the Japanese, North American, and European markets.
As Japan’s anime and game culture continues to grow globally, we are seeking an experienced and reliable OEM factory to collaborate on premium T-shirt production. This is an exclusive opportunity to work directly with products connected to Japan’s world-renowned pop culture.
For this project, we are specifically looking for **direct overseas factories (Japan excluded)**.
Japanese domestic OEM/trading companies or intermediaries are not eligible.
Factories located in Vietnam (Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh) are especially welcome.
Factories with Japanese language support are highly preferred for smooth communication.
We are currently looking for a capable factory to support production in the following two patterns:
Production Pattern
① – Small Lot / Quick Turnaround
• SKUs: 2 (L size / 3XL size)
• Total Quantity: 1,000 pcs (even split across sizes and designs)
Production Pattern
② – Medium Lot / Multi-SKU
• SKUs: 50 (L size / 3XL size)
• Total Quantity: 3,000 pcs (approx. 60 pcs per design, even split across sizes)
Common Specifications
• Fabric: 210gsm heavy cotton jersey (proposals for equivalent or better alternatives are welcome)
• Fit: Slightly relaxed / loose crew neck T-shirt
Printing
• Front: Large-scale silk screen rubber print (2 colors)
→ Complex design with fine lines and detailed graphics
→ High-precision screen and printing required
• Back: A4-sized rubber print (1 color – logo)
Packaging
• Individual polybag (ZIP-lock style) per piece
※ ZIP bags will have 2-color double-sided printing; if MOQ is not met, we can prepare and ship them to your factory.
Accessories
• Tags, neck labels, and other items: We can handle any MOQ-shortfall items and send them to you.
Delivery Destinations
• Tokyo (Japan), Hong Kong, or Shenzhen (bonded warehouse)

シューズですが シューズのインソール部分を切り離せるようにするシューズがつくりたい。アッパーとソールを分離させて、いつでも色チェンできる、そして用途によって、ファッションを変更できるようなシューズを作りたいです。
例えば、厚底にしたいな、今日は服との相性でアッパーを茶色にしたいなあといった要望に対して、シューズを買わなくてもカスタムできるようにしたいです。イメージとして、磁石？なんかで取り外し可能なシューズにしたいです。

私たちは関東を拠点に活動している学生団体で、アパレルブランドの立ち上げを検討しております。
この度、ロンTの開発にあたり、サンプル製造にご対応いただける企業様・工場様を探しております。
ブランド名や方向性、作りたいアイテムのイメージ、デザイン案（iPad等は使用せず手書きで作成したイメージ）、使用したい生地の方向性については、ある程度決まっている状況です。
ロットは小ロットを希望しており、初回は30着程度を想定しております。
予算は未定、スケジュールには余裕がございます。
■ 現在検討している進め方について
現在、以下の2つの進め方で悩んでおります。
① 生地やシルエットなど細部までこだわるため、独学で一から服作りを行い、完成したサンプルを工場様に持ち込み、量産を依頼する方法
※ただし、私たちは服飾学生ではないため、実際に形にできるか、また完成までにどれほど時間がかかるか分からず、リスクも感じております。
② 手書きのイメージをもとに、Illustrator等でデザインデータを作成し、その内容をもとに工場様に製作を一からお任せする方法
